Overview of Forensic Scientists
What exactly a forensic scientist is nd what are his major responsibilities?
Forensic
scientist examines and provides evidence details which helps to solve crime
cases in a more efficient way. Mostly investigation is carried out by forensic
scientists by examining physical evidences such as fingerprints, weapons, DNA
and hair. Some of them are also employed in civil judicial system like hand
writing experts whose main job is to recognize whether the statements and
signatures on a legal document are valid or not. Most jobs offered to forensic
scientist are of indoor type such as in laboratories as lab assistants where
their duty is to examine crime evidences, and in other forensic companies where
they have to write reports. Duty of some of forensic scientists is to collect
evidences from the crime scenes. They can also affirm in a court about their
findings.
